1. Acceptance of Terms

By using TeleFlow Pro (“the Service”), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, you may not use the Service.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service.

3. Services Provided

TeleFlow Pro offers a real-time, browser-based teleprompter platform with multi-device synchronization, control and client views, and script formatting tools.

4. Accounts and Payments

You must create an account and provide accurate information to use the Service.

Payments are securely processed via Stripe and are subject to Stripe’s respective terms. Subscription plans renew automatically unless canceled.

5. Use Restrictions

You may not use the Service for illegal activities, attempt to reverse-engineer the platform, or misuse the Service in any way.

6. Content Ownership

You retain all rights to your uploaded scripts and content. We may host and display your content solely as necessary to provide the Service.

7. Privacy

Your privacy is important to us. Your data is handled according to our Privacy Policy.

8. Uptime Commitment (SLA)

We guarantee 99.9% monthly uptime. If this commitment is not met, you may request service credits as follows:

  • 99.0% – 99.8% uptime: 10% credit
  • 95.0% – 99.0% uptime: 25% credit
  • Below 95.0% uptime: 50% credit

Requests must be submitted within 10 days of the end of the applicable month. Credits apply to future invoices only.

9. Termination

You may cancel your subscription at any time. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts for violations of these Terms.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms periodically. Continued use of the Service after changes are made indicates acceptance of the revised Terms.
